All orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground within 3 days of validating your chosen form of payment. At this time, we do not ship outside the continental United States.
If you are dissatisfied with your standard (not custom sized) filters, please return them unused and undamaged within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We are unable to accept returns of custom sized filters due to the fact they are made to your unique specifications. Please keep filters damaged during shipment and call us at 813-232-2000, or send us a message so that we may submit a claim with the shipper and send your replacements.
To return standard (not custom sized) filters that were NOT damaged in shipment, complete our return form, include it in the box, and ship the filters to the address on the form via Fedex or UPS. These shipping services include $100 of free insurance and offer tracking. Once we receive your unused and undamaged return, we will refund the form of payment you used for the initial order.
